Had to get new tyres, came in off the street to book in, they did it then & there, made myself a cuppa while I waited, very friendly and caring, it didn't take very long & I was on my way, was good as I didn't have to come at another time 10 out of 10 from me :)

Telephoned Jax Tyres early morning last Tuesday 26 June to enquire about a slow leak in one of my tyres. Rep on the phone was very friendly and encouraged my to bring my car down anytime at my convenience that day. Arrived later that day to find a few others also waiting in reception but I was acknowledged after a short while. My car was inspected and the tyre repair undertaken whilst I remained in the air-conditioned waiting room complete with chilled water, current magazines and tv to view. Very happy with the quick service provided and happy to pay cost of $25 to remove a long nail from the tyre. Definitely recommend Jax Tyres for good customer service and prompt repairs.

The service is great and you never wait long. Great value for money

great value for money will not fix anything on your car unless they have spoken to you first
also they will drive you home and pick you up when you leave your car at jax now that is service
