DON'T GO ANY JAX TYRES!! THE HEAD OFFICE IS THE PROBLEM. EVEN YOU HAVE OBVIOUS EVIDENCE, THEY DENY THEIR FAULT!!

If you are lucky enough, they won't damage your wheel and you could be a happy customer BUT if they make a mistake and damage your car, they change to totally DIFFERENT people. I am the unlucky one they damaged my wheel during they are changing my tyres. And all this drama started. I can't sleep or eat well so stressful.

The owner denied their fault first time but after I showed him I have photos before they started job, he said he would get a quote and contact me soon 2 times. I was waiting for his call patiently. It was OK, ppl make a mistake.

BUT AFTER INVOLVING THE HEAD OFFICE, they started to deny their fault even I have evidence that just before and after photos which I took in front their shop. The head office said that WE CAN CONFIRM THE DAMAGE IS PRE EXISTING without any explanation, evidence or fact, just only saying. The head office is trying to run away from the fact! They don't care even I have clear evidence and just insist it's not their fault. What an unprofessional conduct and ignoring an innocent victim.

I gave them a chance to solve this issue but the head office insists it's not their fault. And offered me A free repair by one of their shops as a goodwill gesture. It is their responsibility they have to make the wheel the same condition as before they damaged it. I already clearly told them many times that the wheel needs to be fixed by a proper repairer with CNC lathe machine, never wanted one of Jax tyres. AND IT SHOULDN'T BE CALLED A GOODWILL GESTURE!! IT'S A RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE THEIR OWN FAULT UP!!!

When you go to big named companies, you expect their easy processing and usually they do but Jax tyres head office are obviously not. They don't protect innocent customers and make things worse. On their website says NO HASSLE GUARANTEE. BUT you can see me right now.

I have bought tyres for many vehicles (four wheel drives,and passenger cars) as well as specialty things like weird sized tubes for imported quadbikes that are a little tricky to find. They have also done many wheel alignments and tyre rotations and general wheel tyre maintenance for me over the years . A great local buisness
