I would go out of my way to recommend no one ever use this company. Upon arrival paid $100 for quote was spoken to rudely by technician then quoted 400 to fix washing machine, rang to BOOK in job was spoken to very rudely by girl in the office even hung up on so asked to talk to management was told no then never called back by management either. Have already put report into LG about this company and how rude and unhelpful they were.

Dirtied my carpets and took 5 weeks to repair my airconditioner.told me LG aircon was a piece of s##t, should of got a different one .Bad attitude and ripped me of by charging me for gas when a pipe had broke on the a/c which was a manufacturing fault.never again!!!!!!

Had repairs made to my ducted air conditioning. Although it took some time for the repairer to come, he was friendly, efficient and courteous. Also the repairs were done at a great price. I would recommend them.
