Thought about buying a reversing camera for some time now and visited this store to learn more about what is available. The manager showed me what was in stock and patiently showed me all the components. Took the camera out to the car so I could see where to fit it. Good service and pleased with the camera.

I attended Jaycar for the first time and was feeling really happy to go to this store as i had some pretty good feedback and its the sort of store (like hardware stores) that blokes like. walked in and immediately put off by the sales person. couldnt have really given a damn, I was really friendly and upbeat but did he respond, no way. He ended up saying the product I wasnt in stock and was being delivered that day. I asked him when could it be expected and he said very casually, oh its sitting here on the floor, I suppose when we get to it. Walked out pretty disappointed but I suppose I will go back as I need to product they have (dont know anyone else that has similar) and I might strike a better salesperson to deal with
