this store is more expensive than others when it comes to some things (ie. video games) but generally are good value and the employees are very nice and helpful.

You never leave JB HI-FI empty handed.
The great low prices and deals are to hard to resist!
They have anything you can put your mind too, you want a movie or cd garunteed that they have it.
I had a lady looking around for twenty minutes for a DVD and she was patient and communicated well with me, eventually we found that DVD!

In store service great if I have a problem them can generally fix it but there only problem is there tiny little store they have so much stuff and great products but not anuff room on the show room floor

We have bought a printer, plasma tv, surround sound system and numerous cd's and dvd's over the last few years and have always been very happy with the service and value for money. The range of products is amazing. Just love going there!

After going all over town for a dvd that i wanted. JB was the only place that would order it in for me. Was very impressed. it came in the the week they said it would and it was very reasonable price.

I LOVE THIS STORE!!!!!! There is always something on sale (DVD, CD) and it's one of the cheapest places to buy a prepaid phone.

Got a few bargains! The customer service is a little slow at times but most times I visit the store it is fantastic and the staff are always there to help too.

It's a great resource, with such a huge range of stock. It can be a shopaholics nightmare, due to this very reason. In many instances the service leaves much be desired.

Went there to purchase a laptop and the young guy that served me was very helpful and went out of his way to help which is very rare these days and it is very much appreciated when it does happen. They didnt have the particular one I wanted but he got it in for me from another JB store not many places will do that these day
