Good range of music and movies, and staff very knowledgeable with hardware and computing needs. Staff were attentive, friendly and didn't make me wait ages to be helped. Prices very reasonable.

Cheap products which is great. But service leaves alot to be desired in busy times. Need more staff working. store layout is average. Often walk in and out again due to the queues.

I have been shopping with JB for three years now and have never encountered any of the problems which some reviewers seem to have had. Mind you, maybe I have been lucky in that I have only ever had to return one item and there were no problems on that occasion. From my experience, the initial webiste / shopping experience is great as you get to see close ups of products from different angles and I also like the fact you can see what other people have bought etc. I have never been able to better the price anywhere else even with the delivery charge added on. The products have always been delivered very promptly and the quality of all products received has been excellent. I also think the emails they send out are very good and highlight cool items which make you click through to the website for a browse.

I always stop at JB when at the Canberra Centre. They've got an awesome range of products and the specials are excellent and change all the time. They also bring out great catelogues to help come up with shopping ideas at home.
