JB Hi-Fi (Eastland)

On Sunday 29th December 2024 I purchased a Withings BPM Connect Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor for $143 so I could so I could stay healthy by checking my blood pressure every day. The staff were extremely helpful and the service was fantastic.

On Thursday 2nd November 2017 I purchased a Hisense 43N6 43" 109cm Smart 4K Ultra HD LED LCD TV for $690 instead of $798 which was an amazing price so I am just extremely happy with it. I would recommend buying it from them because they are cheaper than anywhere else.

I bought an Apple TV 4th Generation 64GB so I can watch heaps of videos, view stacks of photos on my TV and use YouTube to view whatever videos I want to watch. This saves me having to find DVDs and Bluray disks to watch because I thought it was an excellent price of $122 instead of $298 from JB Hi-Fi Eastland.

I have been to this JB Hi-Fi store quite a few times. I sometimes buy my nieces and nephews gift vouchers from here.

We have also bought CD's, DVD's and other electrical things from here.

The staff are always there to help you.

For the last few years this store has supplied us with many products T.V.s, car radios, headphones, CD's and DVD's I always find staff with good product knowledge, then I get a really great price for the product. Store always has lots of stock and choice.

The staff were quite helpful when i had to buy a new sound system. Were quite willing to lower the price a bit for me too which was nice. I guess it's hard to beat this place for price and range

Great store with lots of items to choose from. Was served by a very helpful and informative staff member.

Big Ian (a rather tall body builder working in audio visual) assisted myself and my wife who is 'direction' challenged - so much so that virtually the minute she gained her license we decided to purchase a GPS for the car. On asking Ian for recommendations he went through the Pros and Cons, taking particular note of the differences in mine and my wife's reactions to what was being said. Ultimately it was decided to go with a unit that was easy to understand as opposed to perhaps being a little more informative - if you know what I mean. Anyway we were extremely happy with the result and the price for that matter.

JB Hi-Fi is a great store. There are constantly excellent deals and discounts on stock and there's great range. Every time I go in looking for something, I will walk out with it! The staff are helpful and friendly. Thumbs up!

OK I went looking for a particular electrical item namely a notebook computer and accessories the staff were courteous and helpful not pushy which was good for a store like this very comforting to shop this way

this is an eletroncis store with very high quality stuff. the service is a bit low but they still have a lot of staff on duty. the only thing they can make better is the price it is a bit expensive

This store has a wide range of DVD's and CD's etc for our entertainment. The downside is the narrow spaces between aisles and the long lines at the checkout. The feeling of being bombarded with advertising is confusing and distracting to making good purchase choices.

I have always found the cd selection great. A very busy store and they have great buys around Boxing Day. Would recommend this company for anyone looking for products.

JB hi-fi is a great place to get anything related to electric entertainment. They are very well priced and have a large selection of music and dvds.

Ipods, Steroes, Computer Games and much more.

They are often very busy, and the staff can't attend to you quickly, but that is understandable and overlooked.

I've never had a problem finding a CD or DVD I was looking for at JB, and I've never found anything cheaper (retail) than at JB. They are open late which is great, but I have found it difficult to get help, especially at night, when they seem to be understaffed

I've done a bit of shopping at JB (particularly the Eastland store). And on the whole the staff are friendly and helpful and prices are good. I've only had a negative experience with one of the staff...but maybe this person was having a bad day on the days I was there! But on the whole, it's a good place to shop for music and movies in particular (and accessories for things such as iRIVER, iPOD, etc).
