Customer service 10/10 a rarity these days- in particular Mick in the Television dept. Thanks again for sorting out what I needed and going the extra steps that was very much appreciated.
I bought a new laptop from the Jb Hi Fi store (Elizabeth Street). I went into the store and stood right in front of the laptop that I would like to purchase for about 10 mins. But sadly no one - no staff came up to me and ask me if i need any help with the laptop or anything. So I decided to approach one of the staff and said that i would like to buy a laptop then ONLY they help me straight away. Not impress with the service ... well, the only thing that keep me going to JB Hi Fi is that they offer a good price.
Was in the market for a new computer and the staff at JB were very knowledgable and helpful. The prices were equal or lower to any that I had seen in other places. I recommend this place to anyone looking for electronic equipment.
If you know what you want and you know some one on the staff you can get VERY GOOD DEALS at JB HiFi on computers and screens, they will even order stuff in for you. Generally a reasonable range but you have to do your homework
