what I like about JB HI is that they are very much prepared to match or better a price you have been quoted elsewhere, which was the case when I bought a tv from them. Also my son was after advice in purchasing a gaming keyboard and a sales rep spent a lot of time chatting about different products and offering honest advice - not just trying to push the sale of the most expensive product there.

Received the BEST customer service when i was looking for a new Nikon Camera. The Sales man was very helpful and explained so many aspects of the Camera and what it does. Nothing is better than being able to play around and hold a product before you buy it. I received excellent value for money and although there was a mix up when i collected the Camera the staff did more than enough to make up for it. Thank you for everything and will definitely recommend to friends and family for future purchases.

This store is amazing and huge. If you can't find what you're looking for here then the chances are you might not find it elsewhere. The range of products is great. They have a massive range of cds, dvds, games and much more. Prices are competitive and staff are extremely helpful.

I visited two of their stores recently. Even though they were very busy every time I went (5 visits in total), I always found a staff member to help me. Each salesperson I spoke to were friendly. I was inquiring about Plasma TV's, and computers and found the salesperson to be extremely helpful, as well as knowledgeable about the products.

I shopped around hundreds of places before making my decisions on Christmas presents. The absolute cheapest - including all online stores - was JB Hi-Fi. The compelling force behind my review though, is the service. I was served by a woman who was obviously not feeling well (migraine) and about to go home, and yet she stayed with me for half an hour or so, answering all of my questions expertly, letting me pump up the volume of ipod docks to check for sound quality, and seeing that I was completely looked after. I wish I could remember her name, she was fantastic. The other staff there were also bright, friendly and very knowledgable. The shop was PACKED due to Christmas shopping hours (I went there on Christmas Eve) and yet all of them were cheerful and smiling, helping each and every customer. The whole store should be commended!
