JB hifi at Hornsby staff have always been very helpful. There's a great range of products and they match prices.

JB Hi-Fi is my number one shop when I need something electrical. They offer a one month return policy and also the products are usually good quality and well known brands. JB Hi-Fi sells some of the cheapest products compared other large electrical stores such as Harvey Norman. However, the place is usually crowed and staff are scarce. Its hard to get some help when required and the queues are long.

In summary, great prices, good products but long queues and lack of staff.

Had to ask for service when I had been in there for a while. Staff were looking at me but not offering assistance. When I did ask for assistance they were very helpful and the prices were great. I love JB as they always have what Im looking for.

jb always has what you are looking for and if they do not the staff will order it up for you at no extra cost. The staff are knowlegable and friendly. Their prices are great and their range is vast.

Other than it being hard to find someone to help you easily, I rather enjoy going to this JB HI-FI. Prices are affordable, and you can't beat their selection on almost everything.

JB Hi Fi at Hornsby is a great store. There are always DVDs on special and it is hard to go in and not find something to buy. They also stock TVs, electronics and games. I have found the staff very helpful

Very Busy, and cramped. I like to walk in, get what i want, pay and leave. Hard to find what i want, difficult to move about the store, and long lines to pay.

I have found the staff to be unfriendly and not very helpful. I have worked in a similar 'sister-store' where staff there even talked about the poor service at JB. Dvd's are cheaper at Kmart and Target, way cheaper.
