The people who work there are friendly, and always ask if I need any help. They are happy to order in anything they don't have.
My daughter received a $100 gift card from jb hi-fi so we have been to the joondalup store several times. Every visit we have met very friendly and helpful sales staff, even when they are busy. they have a wide range of cd/dvd's.once when they did'nt have what we were looking for they found out where we could get it. very helpful, well done!
JB Hifi staff are always there to help me find what I am looking for. Their layout is good which makes finding a DVD or CD very easy for me.
