JB Hi-Fi

I went to the Morayfield store needing some advice regarding a phone' I had bought there some time ago. The willingness of the staff there to provide me with the assistance I needed and in a helpful and friendly manner was exceptional making this visit a successful pleasant experience. Well done!

I went to JB Hifi with my partner to buy a TV and was very happy with the range, service and prices at the store. We had a little trouble finding staff for help but once we did they were very helpful and offered the best price right away. I don't normally shop at JB but was very happy!

some items are pricey but always have great sales on throughout the year, staff are excellent they all know what they are talking about and are very helpful.

I found this store to be very well set out, Neat and tidy and things were easy to find. The staff were extremely helpful although they were busy. A great place to shop and great value

i think they r really good they r helpful and there prices r competitive. I went looking for a computer game for my little one and as i dont play games they showed me ones they thought would b good and were spot on.

Great prices on everything in store, they carry a lot of games and movies that are hard to find elsewhere. The staff just plain out sucks, they obviously don't want to be there and are rude. The security guard is a bit over the top and expected me to lift my baby out of her pram so he could check under her backside to make sure I wasn't shoplifting !!
