Never had a problem always had great service and they are always happy to help when we have enquired about products. Sell a good variety of games and movies, and have good specials.

As a family, we have used JB HiFi as our one and only electronics store, and have been mostly impressed with the customer service and products we have purchased from them. However, on this one occassion, we were extremely disappointed with the customer service we received, or didn't as the case may be. We had already been to the JB HiFi at Modbury, who did not have the Galaxy Tab in stock and sent us to Munno Para. At Munno Para JB HiFi, we stood for quite a while, as numerous staff members passed us by. Given some were busy with other customers, not all were. When we were finally approached by a staff member, we asked for the product we were after, she went and got it and then led me to the payment counter. Neither the floor staff or checkout staff smiled or were overly friendly. Didn't feel welcome, were not told anything about the product we were purchasing, even though it was quite an expensive item. This experience has dulled our liking for the store and we will think twice about returning in the future.

Pretty much my one stop shop for music dvds and electronics, cheaper than all the big department stores all the time (even competes with online at times)
Staff are helpfull, although my last computer purchase didnt actualy have all the features I was told it did by the rep (sim card support), but given it was 2 months before I actualy realised, I think Ive left it too late to return now :(

Like many JB HI-FI stores they stock a huge range of products in many many categories and all price ranges. I mostly frequent the store for dvds and games (which are all at competitive prices) but have bought larger items such as a tv and computer equipment from them as well. Each time I have always received friendly service (much better than the Elizabeth store) and they also helped load the tv on the trailer for me.

As for pricing, they are very competitive on many products and often price match the competition if they don't have the cheaper price. Over all, JB's in Munno Para feels generally less busy (or crowded at peak times) than the Elizabeth store and I will continue to make ourchases here.

I was very lucky to win a $1,000 jb hifif Voucher with Realestate.com.au. Frm the beginning to everytime I have been to this store I have had a pleasant shoping time, nothing too har for any of the staff. You often hear people not having god experiences when theyhae a gift voucher, well not with JB HIFI you can see they are just nice and easy to ge along with and ensure you havethe correc items and information.
