Went there to get my headphone using a gift voucher I got for birthday. Helpful staff and I tested headphone within my price range in the shop. I choose Sennheiser HD 202. After more than 1 year of use, it's still very solid. It is true that online shops in Australia or overseas sells them cheaper than JB, but I have my voucher and if you include the shipping cost, it is about the same. But buying it from the shop gives me the opportunity to listen to them and I don't have to wait for it to arrive.

We could not get any assistance for TVs prices-some of the prices were not marked and when we asked someone for help they said they were from a different department and we had to find someone else.

This JB's has a bit of everything, and have some great bargains. TV series tend to be a little over priced though
