John and Tony of JD Painting Services helped us out with plaster repairs and interior painting. It was at short notice but they gave us their undevoted attention, arriving on time, working consistently until finish time each day. Both were considerate for our needs and ensured plans for the current day, and coming days, were clearly explained … especially important with three of us working from home. They helped to juggle all of the preparation and painting around our work needs, and cleaned up at the end of the day so we could still live in the house. The quality of their work was exceptional, with an attention to detail I haven’t seen from others (even fixing some painting ‘errors’ from the last time we had other painters in.) An additional benefit was the banter they had with each other and with us … very welcome after three months of working from home listening to our own voices. I would use their services again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone needing quality work for a reasonable price!

We hired John's painting service and in short, we are extremely happy with the work that John and Tony have done on our house. It was an internal paint job from top to bottom for a 20 sq home over 2 weeks. Brought the 70s house straight into the 21st century. John was both professional and diligent. He kept in touch constantly and made sure everything was in order the entire way. His long years of experience coupled with the great pride he has in his work results in top quality work. He was open to feedback and fixed up anything we pointed out happily. You will not find a more honest and charismatic individual elsewhere. Tony offered great handyman advice as I was in the process of fixing other things in the house. Also enjoyed our brief but interesting conversations on travel and neighbourly headaches.
