Found the staff here to be more interested in what they did on the weekend rather than serving customers or was it that l was in shorts thongs and a blue singlet yet to bad for them they lost a major sale that day weng to another jean shop in eastland and spent over $1000

I visited Jeans West today to try find a pair of Jeans (duh). I was really impressed with the sales assistant. She was very helpful. I wasn't able to find what I wanted and wasn't made to feel guilty trying on 50 pairs of jeans without having made a purchase. I think it's about time Jeans West got with the program and started providing Jeans for all ages, body types and styles rather than what's fashionable.

great products and good prices, sizes are great also fit perfectly, customer service was very help full, I have not complaints, will be back very soon

This store is amazing!!!! Shop attendants were more than helpful with sizing's and had a great knowledge of the store and its products were very good. The presentation of the store was very neat and tidy and change rooms were nice and roomy with great mirrors!!!

its a great store to buy men's clothing. i bought 3 shirts from there and they are still in great shape..i loved the colors of shirts that they have, i liked the staff a lot ..they were very helpful..the shirts are from $19 and so on..

i love how many choices they have, theres boy legs, flares, skinny jeans, strait leg... there's choices for every body shape its great.
the jeans don't necessarily look good on me but they are great.

i has a lot of choice of shirts be it formal or casual wear within every range..shirts are very cheap and you can buy from $19 to $99..they are excellent..

I have been shopping at this store for years and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and my recent experience warrants a mention.

A pair of jeans had split and we went to see about buying a new pair at the store. We didn't have a receipt so we didn't expect anything other than to purchase the new pair.

The girl who served us was very friendly, and concerned about the fact that the product was obviously (and unusually) faulty. She immediately made a call to see what she could do for us. The end result: we were given a new pair of jeans to replace the faulty ones which had torn.

I have alwasy found the staff in this store to be friendly and helpful, and knowlegable about the jeans they sell.
