I went into the clothing store on Sunday the 28th of July in the afternoon. I was extremely unimpressed with almost everything I experienced. The store appeared to be messy, dirty with dust clumps on the floor, rubbish in the change rooms and it seemed unorganized and the signage was confusing. The two staff members that were working at the time were not paying attention to the customers in the store at all. One was in her own world at the back of the store and the other was on the computer behind the register. I asked the one on the computer whether they had another size in a top and she turned to me and said "Its only whats there" and continued looking at the computer ignoring her customers.
I thought this was extremely bad customer service, I did not feel welcomed in the store and I would not recommend anyone to go to that store, especially if they wanted service!
