Something about this store that doesn't feel right. Not sure if it's the layout or presentation and positioning of the merchandise. The mature staff seemed disinterested as I browsed and didn't even greet me upon entering. Perhaps they'd had a long day and admittedly it was close to closing time. Whilst I did purchase a top that looked appealing I left thinking I wouldn't hasten to return.

Hi Lindabrontiebella, one has a right to expect a more professional level of service from employees, irrespective of age. However in this instance, it would appear that the staff in question could do with some ‘basic’ lessons in manners, etiquette and customer service. Having a ‘long day’ and being ‘close to closing time’ is no excuse for ignorant behaviour. We hear much about the financial difficulties plaguing retail businesses these days however many problems could in fact be resolved by improving the level of customer service on offer.
