We undertook a major house renovation / extension of an old timber house. Some builders wouldn't touch it because it was a more difficult job than building a new home from scratch. Jeff and his team did quality job and kept us informed at every step of the process. They were punctual and got the job done on schedule. Jeff understood the pressures we were under such as living away from home for the duration and expecting our second child. He always did all that he could to make it easier for us. It was also terrific that he had his own contacts for electrical and plumbing trades. He was able to book them in advance so we didn't have any delays whilst waiting for tradespeople.
