Jem is fantastic, so warm and friendly - we hit it off right away. We used her for our wedding but she also does events, portraits, familiy, kids etc.
She really took the time to find out exactly what we wanted from our wedding day, what we expected in terms of photo's and what kind of feel we wanted before the day.
On the day she was just fantastic and we actually had several guests comment on how lovely she was. The photo's turned out beautifully and were exactly what we wanted.
The only negative is that Jem doesn't offer high res negatives on CD, but prices for prints are reasonable and she dropped our albums and prints off to us since we live nearby.
Best of all she keeps in touch and sends us a text wishing us a happy anniversary every year!
