I bought a bag from Jenn Louise for the first time and I was extremely happy with the service because I received my invoice immediately and a tracking number, when I couldn't track my purchase with the tracking number I was given by Jenn Louise herself I emailed Jenn and I got a reply pretty much straight away which I was very pleased with. Jenn Louise answered all emails very quickly and is very keen to please customers. I received my bag within 7 days from the date of purchase which is not bad coming from WA and because I was kept in the loop all the way without having to wonder and wait around for my order to arrive. I was very impressed with this shopping experience and my bag of course.
