I was always a bit wary of nutrionists and weight loss centres, none of them really worked for me. I decided to give Jenny Craig a go after seeing Mel B in an ad on TV for Jenny craig and felt inspired to sign up! SO glad i did!! The food is soo yummy, some you think i cant believe they classify this as healthy!! ( eg we get Meat pies, sausage rolls, chocolate chip cookies, sausages n mash, lasagne, crumbed fish and wedges and Skinny cow ice cream!)
The staff are so nice and incredibly supportive, they are also doing the diet as well so they know what you are going through. I have been on Jenny for 2 months now and have lost 6 kilos! without any excercise!!!
