Heard about this from friends and read a review on here. Just finished a great, home cooked meal just like my nana makes. Had the curry puff, one each is enough. Then shared a curry chicken, roti bread, murtabhak, rice. Servings are generous and the price is reasonable. This is one for mid week take away, looking forward to my next meal.

Best Chicken Curry and Roti in Perth! I live in Doubleview and travel to Inglewood at least once a month to eat here! Don't expect anything fancy though as it is just 8 tables and great food. And BTW it is BYO anything!

Approximate cost: $15.00

I stumbled across this un assuming gem while walking home from the Inglewood and just had to tell everyone about it! Although from the outside it doesn't look like much the curry puffs are out of this world and the chicken partha curry is amazing for under a tenner!

Approximate cost: $15.00

This Unassuming little restaurant provides an authentic match of both Indian and Malay food. With Formica tables and chairs it may not look much to the casual passer-by. But, the food and service surpass all expectations.

Jessie works hard in her small kitchen to provide authentic flavours while Jai, her husband ensures that the customers are well looked after.

This little suburban gem has become extremely popular and booking a table on Friday and Saturday nights is essential.

Try Jessie's lamb curry, her Dosa and her wonderful Dahl. You won't be dissappointed and you won't be hard hit in the hip pocket.

Sharing all the meals between a group of friends is the best way to enjoy the experience, as well as the range of flavours. (Don't be a stuck up westerner ordering your own main, they will gladly serve you this way. But you're the one missing out.) Make it a banquet.

Approximate cost: $15-20 a head the larger the group the lower the individual cost becomes
