Being fairly new to the area, I've tried a handful of groomers already to groom my 6yo Cavalier King Charles and 7yo Bichon. Troy arrived on time (a few mins early and that was ok). He was organised, handled the dogs well with patience and did a great job on the grooming. The Cav is a total wuss at bath time and for clipping but Troy handled him well. The Bichon came back dry, fluffy and gorgeous (I've had one groomer return him wet and bedraggled). I will definitely call them back for the next bath-time. Thanks Troy!
