Staff are excellent sorting out your travel needs. My wife and I were planning to go to England to celebrate my Uncle and Aunts 50th Wedding Anniversary and we wanted to go at a reasonable price. The lady that served us was very efficient in explaining to us what we needed and cost. At the time there were no transport for the time we needed to fly out so she suggest to stay at the airports hotel for the night which we agreed to be logical. It was a no hassle departure and would use again

I went in to ask a few question about how i was organizing my trip and if i was missing anything and the woman who served me was quite rude and offered no real help. I don't think i will ever go back there. I was really upset when i left.
