Just came accross this gym 3 weeks ago, after being with another one for a year. The staff are friendly, the equipment seems fine, but a little out dated. Price for casuals was not as bad as the last one I was at. All in all 4 stars, but have returned to my old gym.

I was warmly welcomed by Kerri and the team here...no pressure, just enthusiastic and friendly encouragement to help you achieve your goals. The equipment is new and updated from time to time and it really is a pleasant place to workout. No contracts and reasonable rates too. Highly recommended!
