Don't trust your jewelry at this business. They don't take care in their work or craft. They guaranteed not to touch my multiple engravings and then poorly buffed every bit of it out while resizing the ring and even slipped with the buffer and damaged the engagement rings own design. They did not come up with a reasonable solution, they asked me to wait till their engraver was not busy in just over a week to redo engraving that I had done specially in the US. I just could never and would never trust my ring with them again and will make sure no one I know goes to this business. I left in tears and will have to see if the design detailing of my engagement ring can be fixed, the engraving is an easy enough fix but the rings design details are not as simple. Very unhappy and mortified with results. Don't go here, it's not worth it.
Walked into the shop and it had nice jewellery displays. There was a pet dog sitting in the window and this did make the room smell a little "doggy". Jeweller seemed to know what he was talking about and suggested something extra to make my ring better.
