Yet another 1 Star originally came to replace some sheets on my roof out back and all the sizes were messed up hence him coming back 3 times in total. Said that Stratco had messed up but doubt it myself, as they only cut what they are given.
Eventually finished the job just before Xmas and once he had gone and i had checked the job, I noticed the flashing was sticking up in the air. I called and left a message saying that it was not like that before he had completed the job and NO RESPONSE. I tried again via text only to get back " I will come back after Xmas and charge you $99 to fix"
Why would I pay that when it was clearly his fault in the first place. He refused to answer my calls, and after threatening him with the Office of Fair Trade he eventually returned.
Even then he tried blaming me saying it was like that already before he started, which i can assure you wasn't.
A neighbour then decided to have some concreting done God knows why . He did the job but get this, decided to leave all the unwanted Concrete and scraps behind my Garage :0
I text him and asked him Who was going to clean all this mess up. he then claimed another neighbour said he would clean it all up.

If I could give less than half a star I would. Shoddy is one word that springs to mind. If I were a plumber I would turn the water off before I started ripping taps out...but thats just me. We were installing a new kitchen and emplyed this person to install the sink, taps, dishwasher, gas connection and stove. The stove was installed unlevel and uneven and according to this man, it was the way it was made. The gas line was run through the back of a drawer and so out of wack you were unable to shut the drawer. The dishwasher was installed and he used a roll of sticky tape to "waterproof" the connection. The half a star awarded is for turning up. Dont waste your time with this person.
