I've just wasted two days for a technician to come only for him to refuse to do the job as it is a two story house. If you're scared of heights maybe you need to change occupation! I've had a number of tradies over the years, including several antenna guys, and no one else has ever complained that it's too high. Don't bother with Jim's Antennas if you've got a high roof.

Great service and good value for money

Almost the exact same experience as above but not running too late. Tony was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I phoned early in the morning reporting a problem with my tv reception. The lady at Jim's said tony would call me back soon to arrange an inspection. He called me within 5 minutes to arrange a convenient time which we did. Unfortunately, due to his work schedule overextending, he was late. But he had the courtesy to phone me twice to keep me posted and came out as soon as he could. (Most impressed). When he arrived, he was efficient, professional and solved my problem. I told him I had a similar problem with the other tv. He had a look at that and replaced a cable which was faulty. He only charged me for the call out fee and one repair. Very happy!!
