We had someone come to clean our rug and four chairs. The cleaner went to clean the rug on top of the carpet and I checked if he was going to take it off the ground to do which he said 'No it's fine'. It didn't seem right so I came back out and asked again, lifted up the rug to check if it was coming through onto the carpet underneath and asked again if it was ok to come through onto the carpet, again met with 'It's fine'. Since then an entire rug-sized yellow stain is on my carpet, Jims initially blamed me and now since gathering additional evidence they have retracted. It's been over TWO monthS of follow-up and there is no resolution. I've called the head office 8 times, and emailed back and forth multiple times and nothing gets done. It is now with the CEO Jim Penman to resolve who has said a refund of $170 is enough for damages in excess of $1600 and then also said his cleaners insurance would cover it. It's embarrassing how much time is required to get anywhere, I would never use this service again on the off chance something went wrong and you had to spend all this time just to get it fixed or even acknowledge of your issue.

Had our lawn mowed through this company and I will never use them again. He butchered the grass that some spots haven't even grown back. We has new lawn put down 1 year prior and it wasn't cheap, still makes me angry everytime I look at it.
