5 years ago,Joe made and installed a huge buffet cabinet in our kitchen. One of the drawers developed a small issue (rough handling by the kids I suspect), and Joe promptly replaced the hardware, restoring it to perfect functionality. Joe has a fantastic work ethic, eye for detail and is a wonderful tradesperson. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his work. He redesigned and rebuilt our kitchen, was extremely helpful and listened to our needs. This was a reasonably small space and Joe helped to maximise and update the room. Joe's referrals to other trades were also spot on. Joe is a perfectionist. His work is solid, it was delivered on time and within budget, and he offered a competitive price.

I normally don’t write reviews but with Joe you have to do the right thing and tell everyone about his work. I have been in the industry for 20 years + and he will be one of my top 3 tradesmen I have ever dealt with. Not only is his work quality but most importantly his customer service and willingness to listen to his customers is better than I have ever come across. He will answer all calls and emails promptly but best of all he is never late and 100% honest. This reflects in his quality of work. I was a fussy customer with some demands and to Joes credit he worked with me all the way and delivered what we had asked for. Joe has done all the cabinetry on a full house renovation and a bit more to go and I will never hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We hired Joe and team for a kitchen reno. This is the 3rd time we've used Joe's services and we're very always impressed with his work and professionalism. This job had its challenges as we removed a wall but didn't want to replace the carpet. This left gaps in the floor that needed to be filled by cabinetry. Joe was able to design around that and the fit was perfect. The tradies that Joe works with (Electrician and Plumber) and also excellent and very professional.

Joe works with you every step of the way, ensures your requirements are met and makes sensible suggestions along the way. His work is a very high standard and he and the other tradies leave the space clean after their days work.

Joe did a great job fitting our new kitchen in a challenging renovation to an older house. His prices were excellent. There were no hidden extras, he was happy to offer alternatives to keep the prices down and charged honestly for his work and materials. He has since come back to tweak a few rails and handles, and we're employing him again to fit cupboards in our laundry. Joe is very punctual, and always arrives exactly when he says he will. The kitchen was finished on time, on budget, and looks fantastic.

We can't recommend Joe at JM's Specialised Kitchens enough. Joe, was very helpful, willing to travel over the other side of Melbourne, very prompt with correspondence, never late and was able to offer wonderful ideas to make our kitchen much more practical. I couldn't recommend Joe from JM's Specialised Kitchens and Cabinets enough. We had Joe install 2x built-in wardrobes and a Master Walk-in and we love the finished product.

The wardrobes are perfect and Joe worked really hard to find the best design for us and impeccable detailing , even where our Victorian cottage walls made installation very difficult.

Joe was extremely accommodating during installation, even delaying his work by a few days so my sick baby didn't have move out of his cot.

JM Specialised Kitchens and Cabinets have just completed the installation of my kitchen and I am extremely pleased with the result. We found Joseph after being let down by two other lcal companies who failed to return phone calls and turn up for appointments. Having had to leave work early in time to get home for appointments, the failure of two other local kitchen companies was extremely annoying.

Joseph by comparison showed up for all meeting on time, sending a text prior to confirm the meetings were still on. He delivered everything he promised exactly when promised. When he said we would have our quote by Friday afternoon, he made sure we had it.

His price was very competitive but the quality of his work excellent. He was a pleasure to deal and I felt entirely comfortable allowing him access to my home when I wasn't present.

When we did detect a very minor fault with a stone bench top provided by one of his sub-contractors, there was no fuss getting the issue rectified extremely quickly without question.

Overall a terrific result, on time and at a very competitive price.

Joe made for me a new kitchen and a wall unit for my dining/lounge room. The service and value I got from Joe was brilliant. He was able to cater to what ever I wanted, was happy to make suggestions yet wasn't pushy about up-selling. The quality of his work was very high. He made a full kitchen which fitted perfectly even in my old house which doesn't have the benefit of square corners or perfectly flat floors. We spent a bit of time at the start of the project getting sorted out exactly what was needed so by the time it came to be installed it all fitted perfectly. I have absolutely no qualms what so ever in recommending Joe and is services.

Joe installed some wardrobes for us a couple of years go, and we loved his work so much we got him back to install a new laundry in our bathroom which has been recently renovated. The new laundry looks incredible and I can honestly give full credit to Joe for not only his workmanship, but his advice and suggestions on what would work. We were working towards a deadline and he was absolutely terrific to deal with and very accommodating. Joe is a good communicator and also extremely reliable. Joe just finished installing our new kitchen. It looks amaaaazing. He designed and built exactly what we were after, and made helpful suggestions along the way about things I hadn't even thought of. The end result is a high quality, beautifully built kitchen. It was installed promptly (6weeks after ordering) and much moe reasonably priced than other quotes we got. however the standout was the service - excellent communication, very reliable and professional. hands down best trade I've ever dealt with. I'd highly recommend joe to anyone wanting a kitchen installed.

Joe has just finished installing a beautiful kitchen, laundry cabinets and a loungeroom storage cabinet in out home. After reading previous reviews I felt fairly confident he would do a good job but he has exceeded all my expectations. Joe is the ultimate professional.
