I purchased a $149 Servicing Certificate which entitles me to a number of service items done to my car. E.g. Major & minor services, wheel alignment...etc. Labor is paid for but I still have to pay for parts.

However, I soon realised there's no free lunch, they just make their money back from expensive parts, ($75 for oil and filter) and when I brought in another car they refuses to work on it because they said the certificate can only be used on one car, although the terms and conditions on the certificate doesn't state this and I was never told this by the salesman when I bought the certificate.

Just to make it worse, the person worked there also insulted me saying anyone with common sense will know it can only be used on one car. and told me if I sold my car and bought a new one the unused service items will be forfeited, how stupid is that?

I will never go back after I use up my certificate, that is if I will.

Perfect example of the common mechanics that are always money orientated.
