1/5 SOME of staff were friendly - the hair colour I got did not even come close to the colour I asked for, the staff had no idea what they were doing, constantly dropping things/my foils onto the floor. After I finnished I had to remind the staff I asked for only the tips to be dyed where staff replied "oh that's right" And re-dyed my entire hair all over again which didn't help the cause, still looked horrible. After $250 down the drain I am VERY dissatisfied and will never return there and advise that no-one ever does.

Located in Westfield, it's a little pricey but the end result is always satisfying. Highly recommended though!

I went to Joh Bailey for a cut/colour/blow dry and was very very happy with it. Sure, it is overpriced but at the end of the day if you want quality in this day and age you're going to have to pay for it. I probably would not go back there for touch-ups purely based on price, but if I had any major changes to my hair I would definitely return.

A bit pricey, however the service and quality are wonderful! The staff actually listened to what I had to say and tried to cut it to my preferences so I was happy with that :)

Overpriced and fairly unprofessional. I went to Joh Bailey for a cut/colour/blow dry. It was my first hairdressers experience since moving to Sydney from interstate. Needless to say - I haven't gone back. I have shoulder length blonde hair and I was charged $330 for the service. I was not quoted a price before they commenced work. Nor was I offered a drink until about 20 minutes after I sat down. The apprentice staff were far more worried about where they were going that Saturday night and what they were going to wear than taking care of their clients. I was not asked at any point how I would like my hair blow dried, hence when I got home I fixed it - even after paying a ridiculous $330. Joh Bailey are relying on the name of the salon to bring customers back because they most certainly rely on the their service or value for money!

Joh Bailey at Bondi Junction has the most wonderful staff, professional and fun. I love getting my hair cut and coloured there and I get to browse all the other fab shops in Bondi Westfields 5/5
