I wouldn’t recommend this business.
Our rental property was left damaged, with items missing and/or broken. We are shattered that it wasn’t managed with our best interest in mind.

I would'nt recommend John Beale Realestate to look after my Investment property. High turnover of property Managers. No communication and if I received an email from them, they relayed incorrect information to trades to fix issues. They cannot keep contractual arrangements. Never use this company. Better to go through a well known company that you know what your stepping into than these bunch of clowns.

John is a great bloke and Kingslee is a great property manager. They've both gone above and beyond with their bubbly and reliable service and excellence. I'd go as far as to say they are probably the best real estate company in the local area. Thumbs up.
