My sister said I can't go past John Hughes for honesty and integrity. I bought an Outlander off John and everything just flowed along. I felt I was part of the family. Everyone was so lovely. I am a pensioner and didn't think for one minute I would be financed for a vehicle. John is a wonderful caring man. I love my car and I am looking after it as I may need an upgrade down the track. What sold me was when John says, check out your dealer before your car.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Hyundai IX-35 Hylander from John Hughes, Vic Park. Chris Belke made it outstandingly easy, enjoyable and a real pleasurable experience. He kept us up to date with the progress as the was a short waiting time. He always treated us like VIP's and nothing was too much trouble. We even received a personal call one morning from John Hughes to make sure we were happy with how it was all going. I am a veteran and have had a few health problems recently and wasn't looking forward to the ordeal of buying a new car but I can only commend John Hughes and Chris on their effort in making it comfortable and non stressful event. Choose your dealer BEFORE you choose your car!
My daughter bought her near new Kia and opted for the paint protection to be applied, she noticed streaks in the paint and took it back to be told the car would be re painted at the dealers cost. Two weeks later when returning to pick up her supposedly repainted car she finds it has not been painted and in fact the bumper has been re sprayed a different colour. She was then told it would be another week! The manager said he did not notice the odd coloured bumper! Needless to say our family, friends, neighbours and anyone we know who drives a car will be told this sad story. Add to all this, a very disapointing 'no care' attitude from a Manager dealing with this issue and you have the whole package. Buyer beware! Choose your dealer carefully.....
