This is a owner operated business. John is great and will listen to what is wrong rather than dismissing you as a complainer. He is very accommodating with appointment times and I often see him after hours. He tries to explain the problems & what he is doing in clear and understandable language not in 'doctor talk'. He always checks how you are doing through out your treatment and if you need a break is very obliging. I know another person who goes to him and they also are very happy with him. Highly recommended.
