Love our marina sleeper lounge suite , it is the perfect family couch & was much cheaper (even with delivery fees) to putchase from your store than to buy from our local furniture store , it was worth the wait! Thank you

Don't trust what the sales people tell you !!!!
I purchased the Castano couch (by the way super comfy but purchase the couch from another store as you won't get what you ask for) went in and fell in love with this couch, amazingly comfy and big. Spoke with Shane, who measured up the couch on the shop floor which had 6 seats, a corner, a chaise and the ottoman, and I said I would go home measure up my lounge area make sure it fits and call up and place the order the next day. Which is what I did, so I called Shane and placed the order, said the exact couch on the shop floor, with the chaise on the same side as what the shop floor couch is but I just wanted the grey color, Shane said yep no worries placed the order and took a down payment.
The couch was due in March (ordered in Feb), which was fine. I then called up end of Feb and couch had been delayed and would arrive mid April, again no issues I totally understood with COVID and everything. Called again end of April (mind you I was making all the calls no one called me at any point to advise delivery status) and was told it had arrived and delivery would be in the coming days.
I was super excited, we had re-painted the lounge area, had the tv mounted to the wall so it would be centre with the couch we ordered. The couch was delivered, delivery guys were great, needed no assistance, put the bits and pieces straight in the lounge area ready for my partner to unpack when he would be home from work, as I was home by myself with kids running around.
Once my partner put the couch together we noticed a seat was missing, there were only 5 seats, corner, chaise and ottoman delivered. We called Shane the next day to discuss in which he informed me that I didn't order the 6 seats, I explained to Shane when we were in store with him he measured up the couch on the shop floor (6 seats/corner/chaise/ottoman) and said for us to go home measure the lounge area to make sure it fits and to call him the next day and he will place the order. I asked Shane why would I measure the couch with the 6 seats if I was only going to order the 5 seats???? Shane said there must have been a miss-communication and that both my partner and I heard wrong!
Shane said he would check the order on the system and call me back, he didn't call for 4 days, his response was his "IT team" checked and I didn't order the 6 seats, the only thing that can be done is if I pay another $320 for the extra seat but I won't be able to receive it until July.
Unfair response, when I call and order what's on the shop floor, what was discussed in the shop and what I measured up I expect the sales person to place this order correctly. I am really disappointed in Johnnys furniture. I did email the company via the website in which their response was they would send my email to the manager of the store where the couch was purchased, so Shane, and I still have not received any response in writing from their head office or Shane. I spent a few thousand on a couch that my family and I loved and would have for a fair few years to only be disappointed by the customer service received, I am still missing my extra seat and it is now June!!!!!!!

So happy with this transaction after having a terrible experience with another company, purchased with Johnny’s on the Sunday and my new sofa was delivered the next Wednesday!!! Absolutely fantastic! They called me the very next day to organise delivery, fantastic delivery guys and I absolutely love my new dual chaise Davenport lounge! It’s sooo comfortable, we love it!!! 5 Stars all round!!!

Johnnys furniture sell ex hotel and display home furniture, I was able to furnish my place inexpensively here and the staff were helpful and friendly. They also have a store in Sydney, you can see some of the things they have in stock on their website.
