Jonah's

Stunning view and exceptional service! The food itself is awesome - I wouldn't say the best fine dining in Sydney but definitely up there. Difficult to get to but worth it because it is in a beautiful location - so serene and isolated from busy restaurant areas.

The view here at Jonah's is fantastic - it worth coming for lunch or early dinner to be able to enjoy it. The service was great, we ordered a bottle of red wine and loved the beautiful decanter they pouring it into for us. The food was good. But overall it is very expensive and quite hard to get to.

Nice place to go, we went for late brunch and the bar outside is really pretty looked over the sea. The food just so so but worth to go since the nice view, good place to escape from Sydney and have a relaxing sunshine day

Jonah's is situated in a beautiful building on Sydney's Palm Beach. Unfortunately my experience with the Jonah's staff was less than satisfactory. I found them to be quite rude, snobby and unhelpful. I was staying with a friend who had paid over $500 for a night's stay as her daughter was being married there. Imagine the disappintment at the standard of the room not being entirely clean and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the corner. There is no mini bar, snacks, or room service available. The Plaza Hotel in New York does not charge as much as Jonahs, and the service is superb. I attended a wedding at Jonah's and the food was beautiful at the reception, however breakfast was $45, and I was offered one cup of cold strong tea, and was told to eat breakfast quickly as they were preparing for another wedding. Breakfast was nothing special, and I would have been better to go a cafe in Palm Beach for half the cost. Note this was only 10 am in the morning. The building is lovely, the view superb, however Jonah's needs to improve in lots of areas.
