I have 9 dogs and all go to Jonora Animal Hospital, Nick and Mary and the rest of the vets and vet nurses plus staff are just so beautiful with animals and really really care for them. They explain everything to you. They treat you like a very valued person and always smiling. Nothing is to much trouble for them. I have been to a few vets over my years and I would have to say they are just the best my dogs and I have come across. I is awesome to have them in they Hawkesbury area. From the L. Out of hours service was extremely compassionate and we received a call on the progress within 1-2 hours then early morning and 2-3 calls per day until we picked our little dog up. She had tick paralysis. Initial emergency call the vet was compassionate and positive. And the follow up was thorough, friendly and genuinely caring. This vet was not my usual vet practice, (whom I was never unhappy with) but I now visit this animal hospital for anything our pets need now.
Exceptional animal vet and hospital. Very friendly and compassionate working vets and nurses. Follow up service is fantastic, they call you, to see how your animal is going. Emergency out of hours service was outstanding, when i needed them.
