Walked into the store, was asked what I’m after, I said I just wanted to browse as at that time I didn’t know, was told that’s not allowed and if I want to be served it would be by the shop lady. She came across quite rude and abrupt despite her “polite” words. So I walked straight out!

My daughter rang them to ask about costume make up. The woman said they had some. When asked what brand was it, the reply was "I can't see it from here." Not willing to walk however metres to check. So we went elsewhere where the staff were more willing to help.

I went here to hire a costume for my 8 year old son. When entering the store i asked the lady behind the counter what i was after. She gathered a few items together and just put them in front of me with a bad attitude as if 'thats all your going to get'. I was quite disappointed that i was unable to browse the store myself.
This store is flithy! She gave me an old wig that i didnt even want to touch with my bare hands let alone let my son put it on his head!!!!
My 2 sons walked around looking at a few things she had on display next the the counter. One of my boys picked something up and she yelled at the top of her voice "put that down!! Dont touch!!" Never had customer service experience like this in my life, this women is VERY intimidating! I dont recommend this filthy place to anyone. I ended up getting his costume elsewhere.
