Horrific customer service & zero interest in making things right. Happy to spam your email address but not happy to ensure customers are happy.

Frankly - This company/website are verging on being scammers!

Put in a not insignificant order on Wednesday 7th July, all items were listed as "In Stock" and selected the Express Shipping option, website quoting 2-3 business days for delivery.

Items allegedly shipped on 8th July

On 12th July, I had not received shipping so tracked the order, seems they did not make it any further than dispatch & the package clearly not on it's way to my address - No scanning since that point and after 5 days, safe to assume either lost or not delivering within a reasonable period of time. Contacted the company this day and requested they investigate & make right of the situation.

Rather than the retailer take responsibility, JouJou blamed their freight contractor (Which obviously is not the concern of the customer anyway) and tell me it'll take 2 weeks to receive an outcome.

So - This company thinks the right way to treat customers, is that they tell customers delivery 2-3 days, yet expect them to wait a total period of 3 weeks, before an outcome is achieved, still not even a guaranteed delivery.

Genuinely - A terrible, terrible, online retail experience - These products are sold in a very competitive environment with heaps of honest, reliable, customer focused businesses, able to assist you

Do yourself a favour, save the stress and shop elsewhere, these guys do not deserve your business

JOUJOU has been fantastic. They have an exquisite range of products, their prices are SO competitive!! Shipping is quick and discreet. AMAZING!! I will be buying from them again.
