Absolutely terrible!

Organised pickup with this company, not only did they not show they made up all kinds of excuses and sent me an abusive text message.

Use anybody else, these guys are the worst.

$35 to pickup 2 dead fridges, stack of old computer parts and some other metal junk. Cost will vary depending on what you have to pickup but is extremely fair for the items taken. Use this Local Business!

Happy. Cost $20. Arrived on same morning I phoned. 2 people. Removed wall mounted clothes dryer they revealed 20 years of lint in filter against wall. I had not been aware there was a filter there. They offered to remount it when clean which I think showed honesty. I preferred to get rid of it. They did what they agreed to do so I was happy with the service.

Rude and arrogant. Wants things that are worth $$$ for FREE but charges a HEFTY FEE for things that will only make him little $$ Would NOT recommend.

I had a really big heavy oven that no longer worked sitting on our back veranda just taking up space. My mother in law advised me to contact Joyce Industries to have it removed. So I called and the person who answered was very much to the point I gave him a description of what I wanted him to take and he said as it was the afternoon he they could come over the next morning. The next morning I was busy with my little girl and didn't hear them arrive they were already half way down the stairs when I noticed I went out and thanked them and off they went. There was no charge and they are highly efficient and take care not to damage anything on your property as they are removing the metal goods. I have had other people talk highly of them to me as well so I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed metal items removed.
