I love Joyce's Junkatique - it's a rabbit warren of vintage loveliness - the basement is particularly amusing - over the years I have found vintage glass apocathery bottles, crystal bowls, the odd outfit and even a lamp.

This is an amazing find, over three stories of second hand goods, from furniture, to clothes, haberdashery, toys, utensils, you name it - it's here. You could easily lose yourself for hours combing the rooms for bargains and finds.

Not for the faint hearted, but just about anything for anyone. This shop has been operating for many years now. Since the passing of joyce in 2009. This shop is still alive and well now run by her Daughter Barbara. The shop has many floors from Clothing to have a guess at what it is. Worth a look even if you just want to browse. I am sure you will find something that you were looking for.

Approximate cost: $cheap

One of my favourite shops, I could happily browse for hours. There's a huge variety of stuff, from antique kids toys, to pillbox bats, to the occasional piece of taxidermy. Not every things a treasure, but as they say about one mans junk...
The service is good too, and I have been given a discount on more than one occasion because I bought more than one item or maybe just because I keep coming back. Prices are generally very reasonable, cheapest antique shop I've visited yet. Love it.

this is definitely a huge and quaint shop in Ballarat. It's name says it all really, there is ALOT of junk but every so often you find something really great. This place is absolutely filled to the brim with everything you could imagine, so I'd take at least an hour if you want to sort through everything. But you're likely to find something special really cheap!
