Jospeh's service is fantastic! All areas of my house were cleaned to a high standard. He even erraticated some marks on the carpets that were very inground! High quality workmanship. Jospeh now cleans my parents home as well after them seeing his work. Great job!

I hired this company to get some heavy pet stains out of my carpets.The guy did a good job,but afterward he pointed out all of the dirty water pouring out of the hose that he'd gotten out of my carpet,and seemed somewhat disgusted which made me feel ashamed and embarrassed.But at least the stains were gone.
So several months later I called him to come and get another stain out,and mentioned my address and that he'd been here before.
Upon remembering the job he said he had to spend half the day cleaning his equipment because of the state of my carpet,and that unless I wanted to pay triple his rate,it wasn't worth it to him and to call someone else.I felt awful after that and wanted to warn others that his attitude sucks.

In the end,I'm glad I hired someone else,as I explained the situation with JS Crown and the other company said that he had an inferior machine which is why it took so long to clean.The company I hired only charged $20 extra,and had no problem with their equipment handling the stain and had a professional attitude and did a wonderful job.
