I am giving them all over 3 stars because of the customer service, it took nearly two weeks to get the part that i required and i wasn’t even advised when the part was available for pickup after me making 3 phone calls and being told that they were “flat out” and would have to wait.The bloke on the counter was rude and arrogant, didn’t even acknowledge me when i walked in and left me standing there while he did paperwork on a computer, he finally asked me what i wanted he just said it’s over there go grab it, the walked out of the office, didnt even offer to help take it to the car. it was a tyre and rim but i am in my 60’s with a very had back and had to lift it in the car by myself. product wise it is really good quality and i’m very pleased and also thanks to the manager who took my phone call and apologised to me.
