The customer service I received was terrible. Not a single staff member smiles in that place & the office wreaks of cigarettes. The car I was given had so much damage on its body & was dirty inside and out. I asked for a different car and was given the same thing in a different car, it was embarrassing to be seen in the car. I paid for a Silver Toyota Carolla and was given a white Hyundai Accent. It was terrible to drive, couldn’t make it up a slightly inclined road without struggling, the tyres were bald & I genuinely felt very unsafe in it. I will never hire from you again & I’ll never recommended to anyone.

Have just booked a rental car for a week from this hire car company. They will collect us from the airport on a transfer to their location near the airport. Seems a good rate and the terms and conditions are ok.
