Graham comes from the old school, where customer service is of the Highest importance. Graham is reliable and prompt and extremely honest. These are rare qualities in a Serviceman, and was not apparent in the first little so and so I had in to replace my old antenna. Graham explained how I'd been ripped off, and overcharged (and get this) on parts that I didn't need. I can't thank Graham enough for the excellent service he provides, and would highly recommend him to my family and friends. It's just a pity that I didn't have Graham install my TV antenna in the first place. I'm positive that Graham would have done a much better job, (seeing that he had to sort out the mess the first tradesman left me in). Nothing is too much trouble for Graham, he is certainly worth the 5 Stars I've given him.

I found Grahams' details on the web when looking for an alternative to our previous service provider who we were somewhat dissatisfied with. Graham is prompt, thorough, informative and reasonable. We were very satisfied with his service and will recommend him to our friends and family. Great service from Graham. We had little hope of getting good TV reception but he resolved a number of issues with good humour and friendly service.

After being told I needed a new antenna, despite having excellent reception, I decided to get a second opinion and quote to have another antenna port installed. I emailed my questions to Judd Bros and received a response from Graham the same night. I found Graham to be an honest and professional tradesman who provided excellent service. As it turned out I didn't need a new antenna and the job cost me less than half of the competitors quote.
