Everytime I called them, no answer. I would get a call back 1-2 hours later.

Very poor communication. I paid my deposit and 1st pick up promptly and never got my bag emptied. Turned out there was an issue with payment on their side but she never thought to tell me.

When I went to cancel my bag with a quick justification, she didn't listen and thought I was abusing the bag for some reason and wouldn't give my deposit back.

Terrible experience.

The bag was delivered when they said, they set it up for me and also let me into some tricks of getting more into it. When the bag needed emptying they were able to pick it up a few days later and give me a new one.

These guys are prompt efficient and very friendly. A pleasure to deal with and very reasonable. They delivered to me within a day of my call, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.
