Fantastic - from first call to call back to set up and pack up! The customer service (over the phone and in person) was exceptional. There were no hassels and everything promised was delivered.

We hired the jumping castle to keep the kids occupied at our sons christening. It was the best thing, even though it rained for part of the day the castle had a rain cover which meant the kids could still play outdoors. The communication was excellent and the castle was delivered and picked up when arranged. I would recommend this for any function you are having, worth the money.
