Do not use this website - pond care goods ordered and have not arrived. Unable to contact via phone, emails are vague. Have lost my money but taking further action to ensure other customers are not tricked by these unscrupulous vendors.

Would really love to leave a no star review.

Bought and paid for two heaters for my aquarium (in stock time of purchase) and received nothing. The only contact i had with them was automatically generated messages such as "thanks for your purchase" and "thanks for your query we'll get back to you shortly" nothing else.
Have gone through PayPal and they have found in my favour and will refund my money.

Anyway i would give this seller a wide beth to save grief and disappointment.
